About CG Properties Namibia and Auctioneers

The company was established in 2010 as the official vehicle to strengthen the Gateway Holdings group’s asset base. It grew into a locally recognized independent real estate company since then.

Lucas Boshoff is currently leading the company. CG Properties Namibia is also fortunate to draw on the experience of Gateway Holdings financial director Daleen Boshoff. The combined relevant experience brought by Lucas, Daleen and the rest of the team, is in excess of 70 years. Daleen is also a qualified QS.

CG Properties Namibia is well represented in Tsumeb, Grootfontein, Otjiwarongo and Outjo and expanding. The company offers a full spectrum of property related services including:

1.    Sales and acquisitions.
2.    Property rentals and management.
3.    Developments.
